During the installation and commissioning phase, Seletron’s technicians provides all the information necessary for the use of the equipment in the most varied applications, still formulating the most frequent problems based on the type of elaboration and providing concrete answers to the questions of the operators.
Besides that, the user is enabled to take participate, without any danger, when small anomalies are encountered.
Our philosophy is to offer the customer all the necessary instruments to work with tranquillity and a certain autonomy in the maintenance of the machine, always stressing that trust can be placed on our telephonic assistance or the immediate intervention of our technician on site, if necessary.
All our machines are divided in subgroups, with perfect location and replacement in order to facilitate the intervention in the machine and the search of imperfections or defective parts.
We request the collaboration of the user while describing the defective parts and also by making reference to the manual that accompanies the machine, which possesses technical and electrical schemes that will permit the exact location of the damaged part and the replacement of the same, limiting the delay so the normal activity of the machine can be restored.
