According to the article 13 of the Legislative Decree Number 196/03 “Data Protection Policy”, we would like to inform you that the personal information that you have completed, or have obtained by other means within the scope of Seletron’s activities, could be treated according to the mentioned regulation as well as the commitment policies by which the activity of the Society is based.
The treatment of personal data is understood to be, besides the obtainance, also the registry, organization, maintenance, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, intercommunication, blockage, communications, diffusions, elimination and destruction of the data that are yet not registered in the data base.
We would like to inform that the titleholder of such personal data is Seletron and all their personnel and collaborators were in charged of its treatment
The information will be treated and transmitted by the means of vinculated subjects according to our activities, therefore:
- With the purpose of executing a task or more operations requested
by you;
- In order to comply with legal obligations;
- With the purpose of communications and/or informative notes.
The data treatment will be performed by using adequate instruments to guarantee safety as well as discretion and will be executed by means of electronic instruments enabled to memorize, administer and transmit the mentioned data.
The data will be kept at Seletron’s headquarters according to the terms anticipated by the legal norms. We would like to remindl that at any time a request can be made, in a written form, to complete, update, rectify or to modify these information, as well as to comply with all the rights guaranteed by the law expressed in Art. 7 of the decree. Seletron will proceed with the verification of the identity by using acts and documents available and by the presentation of a personal identity card. The person who acts on behalf of the person interested must present or enclose a copy of the authorization that should be presented with the Identity card.
